This memo was created for my technical writing certification at Franklin University. My assignment was to ask my employer to reimburse my class fee.

As part of our certification to become Gas Leak Survey Technicians, employees had to memorize quite a few important numbers. I created a numbers guide, cross-referencing the multiple topics covered, as a way to help employees study for their test.

This pocket field guide was created for employees to carry with them, as a quick reference to help navigate problems in the field.
